To bowl faster, you need to have
1. Fitness
2. Run-up
Your run up is the most important part of your bowling. For a fast bowler, it's usually long. You should have a smooth run up.
To improve your run up, you could work it out during your fitness session. Mark your run up. And start doing sprints up to that length. You could even do your bowling action here without the ball.
3. Good practice
You need to practice a lot. Being only fast and not maintaining line and length will not do you any good.
Your speed will come eventually if you're practicing right.
During practicing sessions, first 2-3 balls, just warm up and after that, start using your shoulders while bowling. Give it all you got. And don't forget about where you wanna pitch the ball. That's important too.
Don't forget to stretch before and after your session. Fast bowlers are prone to injuries.
All the best.
